Join Bianca Knight as she hosts her inaugural Speed & Agility Camp June 28th & June 29th at Jackson State University. This will also include a workout manual, a college preparation workshop, and clearing house information.

Day 1: Fundamentals of Speed Training for Elementary Aged Children (5-12) and Football/Soccer Players (all ages)
8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Registration and Welcome
- Welcome Speech
- Overview of clinic schedule
- Introduction to coaches and staff
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Warm-Up and Dynamic Stretching
- General warm-up exercises
- Dynamic stretching routines specific to speed training
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Speed Mechanics and Drills
- Introduction to speed mechanics (stride length, stride frequency, proper posture
- Drills to enhance acceleration and top-end speed (A-skips, B-skips, high knees, butt kicks)
